Cuadra will oversee the day-to-day operations of the culinary program at Postcard Inn Beach Resort & Marina including the three onsite restaurants, Ciao Hound Italian Kitchen & Bar, Tiki Bar and Raw Bar.
A proven leader in the culinary world for more than 15 years, Cuadra has studied French cooking and is seasoned in Hispanic cuisine while he picked up a variety of cooking styles through his travels. Cuadra previously served as the executive chef in a variety of restaurants across the nation.

Cuadra’s cooking style is local and authentic, using sustainable, farm-to-table ingredients when possible. He loves to prepare dishes that showcase the local culture and flavors and believes fresh herbs are the key to all dishes. Cuadra prefers simple plating that is colorful and appealing to the eye.
